Entre 1979 y 1982 el 404 Escuadrón (y desde 1980 el 43 Grupo) destacó para la campaña de verano sus hidros en Son San Juan; a partir del año siguiente se trasladó a Pollensa, aunque las visitas a la primera eran más o menos habituales. Este UD.13, nuevo en AC, es ahora el EC-GBS.
