Avión que adquiere Helicsa en Alemania, fue el D-ILDO, se matricula en España el 13 de Marzo de 1973, años mas tarde es adquirido por Aeromera Jet, S.A., finalmente es alquilado por SAESA el 10 de Mayo de 1985. Este avión es retirado de servicio en Cuatro Vientos en 1987.
