Durante 1997-1998 Iberia nos proporcionó grandes sorpresas, algunas tan inimaginables como poder llegar a ver un Tristar con sus colores. Este fue alquilado de Aer Turas entre Julio y Noviembre del 97 y operaba exclusivamente los vuelos a Canarias.
