Hello,
It's UTC time (Zulu time) and i believe that the list represents slots from the airports. I asked if they could explain the information on the website that i mentioned in this photo... so keep checking the topic until the information is explained.
... Unless someone here at aviationcorner knows how to explain it! ;)
