Este avión, con número de serie 163306, se estrelló el 28 de mayo de 1944 en un vuelo de entrenamiento en las aguas del lago Trzebun al norte de Polonia. El piloto murió. Los restos de la aeronave fueron recuperados en el año 2000 y restaurado.
