Foto dedicada a mi amigo Diego Mancilla por su generosidad (cediéndome entre otras cosas su trípode para esta foto) y por los momentos vividos en mis escasos dos días en LAX dónde me enseñó los lugares de spotteo y algún que otro vuelo que ya iremos dejando debida constancia en la páginas de AC. Por cierto, precioso 777-300 de Cathay Pacific a punto de ser remolcado a su puerta de desembarque procedente non-stop desde Hong Kong.

So sad that this aircraft is no longer here. HL7604 crashed on July 28th near Jeju Island. It was carrying lithium-ion batteries which is believed to have ignited mid-flight which eventually brought down the plane. RIP to the pilots and condolences to their families. Truly a shame.
