Tomando en la 09R de Miami, este Tristar fue entregado nuevo a TWA en Junio de 1974 y adquirido por Faucett un mes antes de hacer la foto. Cuatro meses después fue alquilado a APA international de la República Dominicana hasta que fue retirado de servicio y desguazado en Febrero de 1997.
