Entregado a la Marina de los EE. UU. como SNB-2 en 1943. Reconstruido como SNB-5 alrededor de 1954. Rediseñado como UC-45J en 1962. Retirado al boneyard de Davis-Monthan en 1967. Cedido al Museo de Pima en 1969. Estuvo almacenado durante muchos años hasta que fue restaurado y puesto en exhibición.
