Subsidiaria de Minerve creada en 1988 y con base en Basel/Mulhouse, recibió su primer MD83, el que vemos en la foto, en julio del 89. Tras fusionarse Minerve con Air Outre Mer, Jet Alsace fue vendida a inversores egipcios y redenominada Trans Alsace. Cerró definitivamente sus puertas en 1994
