Este fue el tercer y último DC.9-14 que voló en la flota de Spantax, se adquirió en EEUU, fue el N3303L y voló hasta finales del 1985 en que es vendido en EEUU, se le rematricula N931EA. Podía trabsportar 90 pasajeros y carecía de puerta trasera retractil.
