Una vez finalizada la contienda civil, quedan cinco Cant Z-501 en vuelo, fueron basados en la base de hidros de Pollensa hasta ser dados de baja en vuelo. El último Cant Z-501 causó baja en el inventario del Ejército del Aire en el año 1947. Foto recibida gracias a la amabilidad del Tte. Lassalle, siempre le estaré agradecido.
