Este avión tuvo un accidente aterrizando en el aeropuerto de Isla grande. La rueda delantera no se desplegó en el aterrizaje. Esto provocó que las hélices quedaran dobladas y algunos roces en el fuselaje. Afortunadamente no ocurrió nada grave. CN: 21059599.
