El primer modelo de avión operado por Binter fue el CN-235, del que tuvo 4 unidades, todas de la serie inicial. Tuvo bastantes problemas mecánicos en sus primeros tiempos y no fue excesivamente popular entre los viajeros. Fueron dados de baja hacia 1997
